SUMMARY:
A well-established automotive company is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson that is fluent in Afrikaans with strong truck and bus parts knowledge to join their team.
POSITION INFO:
Middelburg, Mpumalanga Minimum Requirements: Experience in automotive, truck, or commercial vehicle parts sales Strong knowledge of Scania, MAN, and Volvo truck/bus parts Fluent in Afrikaans and English Computer literate with experience in invoicing and processing payments Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid drivers license and willingness to conduct customer visits Willing to participate in standby duties Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with parts sales and enquiries Process quotations, invoices, and payments accurately Handle returns, credit checks, and approved transactions Maintain strong product knowledge and customer relationships Conduct customer visits when required Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and housekeeping requirements
