The Parts Sales Representative sells parts to retail and shop customers via in-person, phone, and shop interactions.
- Assists customers in selecting parts, informing them of specials and related products, and answers inquiries about pricing and availability.
- Reviews body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing, and pulls/fulfills orders from stock or sources out-of-stock parts promptly.
- Notifies relevant parties when parts arrive or are back-ordered, and manages delivery to the shop or customer.
- Maintains accurate records of orders, invoices, and inventory, and processes payments and credit authorizations.
- Supports outside sales, replenishes inventory, and participates in training and product updates.
- Ensures a clean, organized work environment, maintains professional appearance, and performs other assigned tasks to provide high customer service.
