Position: PARTS CONSULTANT
Parts Consultant Reporting Relationship
This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.
Job Summary
The Parts Consultant plays a key role in creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This professional is responsible for accurately tracking, stocking, and monitoring parts inventory, as well as assisting the technician in locating the parts needed for service. The parts consultant will also resolve discrepancies between computerized inventory and the physical inventory of parts, verify invoices, and work to meet customers’ needs.
This position is better suited for an individual with attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Shift Details
Mon‑Fri, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, with Saturday in monthly rotation.
Qualifications
- Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
- Parts experience would be an asset
- Automotive parts knowledge is considered an asset
- High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to work required
