Parts Advisor Vacancy – Poole
Salary: £30,809
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 (1 hour unpaid break), Saturdays on rota basis 08:00-14:00
Parts Advisor Role
- Dealing with customers daily via telephone and email
- Source and locate parts, discuss pricing, and arrange delivery to the site
- Ensure the system is up to date and all parts are accounted for
- Assist with stock checks
- Deliver a high level of customer service
Parts Advisor Requirements
- Previous experience in the automotive parts department
- Full UK driving licence advantageous but not essential
- Customer service experience essential
