Johnsons Tire Service is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Part-Time Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn are essential. This position requires availability to work every other Saturday.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers at the front counter
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Recommending products and services
- Scheduling appointments and preparing work orders
- Answering phones and assisting with customer inquiries
- Performing general office and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar customer-facing sales role is preferred.
Experience in the tire or automotive industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a great personality, strong work ethic, positive energy, and previous sales or customer service experience.
Compensation: Pay is competitive and will be based on experience.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
