Corwin Automotive in Fargo, ND is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a part time receptionist/scanner position.
Hours:
Monday/Wednesday 4pm-8pm
Plus
Every other Friday 4pm-6pm
Every other Saturday 8am-6pm
OR
Every Tuesday/Thursday 4pm-8pm
Plus
Every other Friday 4pm-6pm
Every other Saturday 8am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Miscellaneous administrative support duties including but not limited to cutting checks, scanning, prepping car deals, and other accounting duties.
- Must be able to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and attention to detail.
Specific Skills Required as an Automotive Receptionist:
- Superior customer service attitude
- Positive energy
- Ability to work within a team, maintain focus and attention to detail.
- Computer abilities
- Willing to undergo and pass a drug/background screening.
