Outside Sales Representative
We are a growing automotive parts wholesale company based in Los Angeles.
We supply auto parts and related components to auto repair and performance shops.
We are hiring a motivated and disciplined B2B Sales Representative to expand our wholesale customer base.
Compensation
- $19-23$/hour base pay (California compliant)
- Commission on collected sales revenue. Let’s meet in person to discuss the details.

- Part-time position in the beginning (approximately 28 hours per week)
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position (approximately 35 hours per week) After transitioning to a full-time role, you will be required to attend trade shows and visit clients, taking responsibility for all aspects of the sales process.

Responsibilities
- Develop new wholesale customers including auto repair shops and muffler shops through daily outside sales visits and phone call.
- Spend approximately 50% of working time visiting customers and prospecting new accounts
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and long-term business relationships
- 30%-40% make outbound sales calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow company pricing policies and approval procedures (no independent discount authority)
- Coordinate with office team regarding quotes, orders, delivery, and customer follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets and customer visit goals
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months sales experience required
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills required
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Automotive parts knowledge is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus.
