Axcel Limited is looking for motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultants to join our growing team.
We operate a fast-growing comparison and switching service that helps Kiwi customers review and connect their essential services including broadband, mobile, and utilities. Our focus is on making the switching process simple while helping customers find better value and service options.
This is a contract-based role suited to confident communicators who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and achieving strong results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contacting warm leads and existing enquiries
- Assisting customers with broadband, mobile, and utility solutions
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Following up leads and converting sales opportunities
- Building strong customer relationships and providing excellent service
- Working towards daily and weekly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outbound sales or telesales experience preferred
- Experience in telecommunications sales (broadband/mobile) highly advantageous
- Cold calling experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently, especially in a work-from-home environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
