As our operations continue to grow, we are expanding our administrative team and seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Order Processing Clerk to support our daily workflow and ensure accurate handling of service-related orders.
Position Overview
The Order Processing Clerk plays a critical role in managing and processing service orders from intake through completion. This position ensures all order details are accurate, properly documented, and communicated across internal teams.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer service orders, repair requests, and related documentation
- Review and verify order details to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and internal teams to support workflow
- Track order progress and provide updates when necessary
- Maintain organized and accurate records of orders, invoices, and service documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information in a timely manner
- Update and manage order data within internal systems
- Ensure all processes align with company standards and procedures
- Provide administrative support to improve overall operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order processing systems, CRM tools, or invoicing platforms
- Background in automotive, logistics, or service-based industries
- Prior remote work experience
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
(Approx. $62,400 – $72,800 annually)
