Your Responsabilities

  • Support repair technicians by taking on operational tasks with the objective of increasing the overall efficiency of the repair process
  • Prepare and process defective devices in advance to speed up the work of repair technicians (opening and closing devices, creating and updating tickets, taking standard photos, etc.)
  • Test devices after repair and prepare them for reintroduction into the material flow
  • Regularly replenish repair technicians’ workstations with the required spare parts
  • Periodically collect material intended for storage or scrapping
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure order, operational continuity, and efficiency in workflow processes.

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma and/or technical education
  • Experience, even at a basic level, in warehouse management
  • Understanding of ERP systems or comparable systems
  • Good IT skills and confident use of a PC
  • Ability to work independently in a precise and structured manner
  • Knowledge of German and Italian; English is an advantage

  • Total compensation: € 30.000-€ 43.000 of which 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

The compensation range provided is based on the current scope and location of the role. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation range may be adjusted accordingly, in line with local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
