Job Description
• Assist in the operation, deployment, and after-sales maintenance of autonomous vehicle hardware and software systems, ensuring proper execution, tracking, and resolution of operational and after-sales tasks.
• Operate vehicles, collect and analyze testing data from autonomous vehicles, respond promptly to on-road situations, and ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers to prepare and execute operational projects in different locations, coordinate local staffing arrangements, conduct operation training, and manage both internal and external coordination tasks.
• Under the guidance of remote teams, track and document operational issues, including detailed problem descriptions, analysis, and solutions.
• Analyze product operational data, develop effective operational strategies, implement improvement measures, and provide support for product development.
• Maintain operational business records, optimize costs, improve efficiency through data-driven practices, identify user needs, and propose practical solutions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or an engineering-related field. Automotive-related majors or experience in after-sales technical support are preferred.
• Familiarity with the autonomous driving or AI mobility industry is strongly preferred.
• Valid Singapore Driving License.
• Fluent in Chinese
