Keith Andrews Autocentre is a prestigious Northland dealership representing premium automotive vehicle brands – BYD, Jeep, Ram & Mercedes -Benz.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the performance of our Keith Andrews Autocentre, overseeing Sales, Parts and Service operations.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational performance, team development and profitability, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across the dealership.
About The Role
As Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Auto Centre, supporting department leaders and ensuring the business achieves its sales, service and financial targets. You will play an important role in improving operational processes, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Sales, Parts and Service teams to achieve dealership targets
- Monitor departmental performance and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor monthly performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Ensure high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the presentation and maintenance of the dealership premises
- Provide leadership, coaching and development for team members

You are a confident leader with strong commercial awareness and experience within a dealership or automotive environment.
