Randstad Romania is looking for a proactive, execution-driven Operations Lead to spearhead daily operations and campaign delivery for a marketing agency dedicated to the automotive industry. This role is central to providing centralized digital services across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence & Delivery Coordination: Oversee the seamless execution of all campaigns delivered through the Experience Center (EC). You will manage diverse digital projects ranging from email marketing and platform builds to data analytics and media/social campaigns.
  • Team Leadership & Output: Drive team performance, ensuring all client deadlines are met while fostering a positive, high-productivity work culture.
  • International Coordination: Act as the daily and weekly bridge between international agency partners to facilitate alignment, unblock bottlenecks, and ensure global synergy.
  • Client Relationship Management (Delivery Focus): Provide rapid responses to client inquiries, lead Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings, and ensure service standards remain top-tier.
  • Budget & Scope Management: Closely monitor campaign budgets and provide strategic input for campaign planning, while proactively flagging any "scope creep."
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement business improvement programs, providing data-backed recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Digital Subject Matter Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of digital media (programmatic, paid media, social content) to guide delivery and serve as the operational "go-to" expert.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in advertising/marketing, with direct experience in client services and a proven track record in digital operations and delivery.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to oversee, delegate, and mentor talent to build a high-performing team spirit.
  • Digital Fluency: A profound understanding of the digital landscape, including online technology and industry-standard jargon.
  • Resilience: Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Precision: Meticulously organized with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS processes, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Tools: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively in both written and spoken formats.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
