Building an industry-changing global business takes hard work and commitment, we are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our motivated and professional multi-cultural team based in Ljubljana, Slovenia with a dynamic culture based on a sense of family and pioneering spirit.

About the Role

The role of Operations Administrator will be working with a highly dynamic and collaborative Global Operations Centre who provide 24/7 support to our customers (private and business aviation operators) to help them increase internal efficiency, and improve business profitability and deliver a great passenger experience and they procure catering and in-flight services in all parts of the world.

The successful candidate requires the flexibility to be rostered on shifts for 40 hours/week, in-

cluding some weekends, and will work from a fabulous new office with the Slovenian team. We

are looking for someone with a high drive to provide exceptional service; the right candidate will

be rewarded with career growth in an exciting global sales industry.

Responsibilities

To monitor and liaise with global catering partners in the procurement of catering to private aircraft enabling accurate and timely invoicing.

Our ideal candidate will have

• High emotional intelligence and understanding of differing cultures

• A strong determination to succeed.

• The ability to develop and learn (regardless of experience) in an ever-evolving industry.

• The ability to work independently or as part of a seamless team

• Desire to provide exceptional service

• Fluency in English and at least one other language (European or Arabic desired)

• General understanding of international food and beverage and/or the aviation industry

preferred.

• Experience in data-entry and Microsoft suite of products

• Attention to detail
