In this role within the sales department, you will evaluate vehicles presented by service clients and guide them through their choices carefully. A strong focus on customer service and follow-up will be essential as you work with the sales team to facilitate vehicle upgrades, ensuring a seamless transition and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct appraisals for client vehicles in service
• Identify client vehicle needs through engaging questions
• Communicate appraisal values and upgrade potentials
• Support purchase paperwork processing promptly
• Partner with sales to ensure client retention
Requirements:
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Current VSA MDC License or readiness to obtain
• Good record-keeping skills using computerized systems
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
• Outstanding customer service abilities
