ROLE
The Aftersales Parts & Accessories co-ordinator plays a vital role in supporting the dealer network, planning and optimizing the parts and accessories value chain. The co-ordinator will work closely with the National Parts Manager to execute the overall parts department strategy, drive revenue, profitability and contribute towards the overall department CSI target.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve all dealer-related parts queries
- Expedite back ordered parts
- Auditing and releasing of dealer orders
- Dealer communications
- Assist dealers with EPC queries
- Pricing research
- Support aftersales inter-departments with parts related matters
- Maintaining dealer parts accounts
KPI
- Contribute towards fix right first time and CSI targets
- Back orders resolved within internal targets
- Ensuring dealer DMS systems are updated with latest information
- Liaising with suppliers for on-time deliveries
- Invoicing of dealer orders
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12-Matric) compulsory;
- A valid Driver’s license.
WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Motor Industry Experience at OEM or Dealer level -Non negotiable
- Understanding of Motor Vehicle Components and Architecture Service and Policy & Operating process’s
- Excellent relationship, communication and service delivery skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator, team player, professional and interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), grammar and writing content
- Strong attention to detail
