New Model Program (NMP) Launch Engineer based in Ford Vietnam Plant – Hai Duong.
- Lead post Unit Program Approval (PA) Launch Timing
- Update New Model Program Assessments
- Lead/ Monitor the Automated Issue Management (AIM) system process for resolution aging metrics
- Lead the Pre-Launch Control Plan development
- Manage Open-to-go (OTG) new content change management
- Facilitate Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Alert management
- Maintain & apply quality control system in NMP area including but not limited to TS16949, ISO14001, Launch Quality Operating System (LQOS) Ford Production System, Comply with Company policies/ procedures/ programs
- Manage NMP stake in the white board meeting, FER, R202, Color Harmony, Ford Consumer Product Audit (FCPA) review.
- Lead the On Site Modification process.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, project management, collaboration, problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Preference: experienced in automotive industry or equivalent and problem-solving skills.
