Criteria:
· Bilingual- English and Afrikaans
· Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and work well under pressure as well as be target driven
· Excellent communication, Interpersonal and leadership Skills
· Strong New Car Manager experience and knowledge of Chinese brands would be preferential. – Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
· Ability to motivate individuals in a commission-based sales environment
· System Knowledge: CMS, Evolve and quick leaner on OEM systems.
· Valid endorsed SA Licence
Responsibilities and duties
· Selling of New vehicles to make maximum gross profit
· Hire, train couch and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
· Develop and implement effective advertising, marketing and sales promotion strategies
· Maintaining of customer CVP and retention
· Handle customer complaints and maintain professional relationship with customers
· Oversee day-to-day operations of Department
· Understanding of financials
