About the Role
Jetour Motor Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Network Development Manager to support the expansion and performance of our national dealer network.
Reporting to the Network Director, this role will be responsible for network planning, dealer recruitment, dealer performance management, network standards implementation, and strategic dealer group development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the growth of the Jetour brand across Australia and ensuring our dealer partners deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute the national dealer network strategy in line with business objectives and sales plans.
- Identify, evaluate, recruit, and appoint new dealer partners across key markets.
- Manage dealer appointments, relocations, ownership transfers, renewals, and terminations.
- Monitor network coverage and recommend actions to strengthen market representation.
- Conduct market analysis and provide recommendations on network growth opportunities.
Dealer Performance Management
- Establish and manage dealer performance measurement and reporting processes.
- Review dealer performance regularly across sales, customer experience, and operational KPIs.
- Work closely with dealers to develop and implement business improvement plans.
- Present network performance updates and recommendations to management.
Network Standards & Brand Compliance
- Implement and maintain Jetour CI/SI standards across the dealer network.
- Support dealership establishment, facility development, and brand compliance initiatives.
- Conduct network audits to ensure operational and brand standards are consistently achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience and dealer capability.
Dealer Group & Investor Development
- Build and maintain relationships with major automotive dealer groups and investors across Australia.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate network growth.
- Engage with dealer principals and key stakeholders to strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Monitor competitor network activity and industry trends to support future expansion plans.
Governance & Business Support
- Manage dealer agreements and related documentation in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable franchise and automotive industry regulations.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve company objectives.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Automotive Network Development, Dealer Operations, or Network Management.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail operations and dealer business models.
- Experience working for an OEM, importer, distributor, or automotive dealer group.
- Sound knowledge of Australian franchise and automotive industry regulations.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage dealer networks.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
