Following the integration of two major automotive organizations under a newly established global group, the company is transforming its enterprise IT organization and infrastructure operating model. This role sits within the Infrastructure organization and leads outsourcing governance for enterprise-wide IT services supporting global business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the IT infrastructure outsourcing governance model following post-merger integration
- Manage strategic outsourcing providers, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance
- Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, governance processes, and operational standards
- Ensure stable delivery of enterprise infrastructure services across Cloud, Network, Data Center, and Digital Workplace environments
- Lead outsourcing-related workstreams supporting infrastructure transformation and operational transition
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Procurement, Business, and Global IT teams across multiple regions
- Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and long-term infrastructure strategy
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure experience with significant responsibility for outsourcing provider or vendor management
- Experience leading supplier governance, contract negotiations, SLA/KPI management, and service delivery
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including Cloud, Network, Data Center, and Digital Workplace
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), infrastructure operations, and enterprise infrastructure transformation
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
Working Hours: Flexible (8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00, no core time)
Working Style: Office-based (Tokyo/Kanagawa area)
