Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motorcycle Technician at Ducati Preston. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Ducati motorcycles to a high standard. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine vehicle maintenance, addressing customer concerns regarding bikes, and ensuring repairs and adjustments are performed to the customers’ satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include working collaboratively with the team, maintaining an organized work environment, and providing professional customer service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Vehicle Maintenance, with specialized knowledge or experience working with motorbikes
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide clear updates to customers
- Ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Service
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Technical certification in motorcycle mechanics or equivalent experience is highly desirable
- Experience working with premium motorcycle brands is a plus
- A valid motorcycle driver’s license is preferred
