We're Hiring: Technicians (Navinna)

Are you passionate about vehicle maintenance and suspension systems?

If you're an experienced mechanic ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and grow within a dynamic environment we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair suspension systems across a wide range of vehicles.

· Perform wheel alignments, shock absorber replacements, and bushing installations.

· Inspect, repair, and maintain steering systems and chassis components.

· Lead and manage branch technical operations independently.

· Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

· Proven experience as a Motor Mechanic (suspension experience is a strong advantage).

· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

· Technical qualifications from a recognized institute (preferred but not essential).

· Ability to work independently and lead technical operations.
