Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Phone Technician to join our on-site team at our Almere location. This is a full-time role focused on the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and overall care of mobile devices. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to customers. The technician will also play a role in educating customers on best practices for device use and care. The position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair with expertise in diagnosing and repairing mobile phone hardware and software issues
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical problems effectively
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance to minimize potential issues and improve device longevity
- Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to train customers on best practices for device care and use
- Relevant technical certifications or training in electronics or mobile technology (preferred)
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
