POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans. Own transport and a valid license. Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting franchise expansion, managing OEM relationships, and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives across the business. Minimum Requirements – Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field – Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role – Proven experience in managing and leading staff members/teams – Strong understanding of digital marketing, traditional advertising, and campaign management – Experience in franchise, retail, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be advantageous Key Responsibilities – Manage and maintain relationships with OEM clients and partners – Develop, coordinate, and oversee all company marketing, advertising, media, and social media campaigns – Support and manage existing franchise network marketing requirements – Drive and support new franchise sales and franchise growth initiatives – Identify and execute business development opportunities to expand market presence – Coordinate the launch, rollout, and implementation of new product lines and services – Manage incoming enquiries and ensure efficient allocation to the relevant departments – Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, lead generation, and brand growth metrics – Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams to align marketing strategy with business objectives – Manage external agencies, suppliers, and service providers where required Consultant: Angie Botes – Dante Personnel Greenstone Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
