Redler Technologies is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our Production team in Kfar Saba.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on, technically oriented individual with experience in precision mechanical assembly and a strong ability to work accurately according to technical drawings and instructions.
Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical assembly, including precision assembly, subassembly integration, or work with electromechanical components
- Good ability to read and understand technical drawings, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Proficiency with manual and pneumatic tools, including screwdrivers, soldering equipment, and measurement tools
- Experience with cables and connectors, including specification or design capabilities – an advantage
- Experience working according to military or aerospace standards – an advantage
- Practical Engineering diploma in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with up to three years of experience – a significant advantage
What will you do?
- Take responsibility for prototype production and preparation for transfer to serial production
- Perform mechanical and electronic assembly
- Test electronic systems and assemblies
- Support the implementation of new technologies
- Work closely with Development Engineers to validate designs and ensure manufacturability
