If you are an experienced professional who can hit the ground running, take pride in your workmanship, and possess excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you. This is a fully on-site role delivering premium mechanical and tyre services to our loyal local customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform servicing: Diagnostic, mechanical repair, and maintenance tasks on a wide variety of light vehicles.Diagnose faults: Efficiently identify mechanical, electrical, and braking issues using modern diagnostic equipment.Tyre & suspension work: Conduct wheel alignments, steering repairs, tyre fitting, and balancing.Quality assurance: Ensure all repair work meets strict safety standards and JAX quality guidelines.Customer service: Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle safety inspections, required repairs, and maintenance timelines.Maintain safety: Keep a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.Requirements & QualificationsTrade Qualified: Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced automotive workshop; ready to work autonomously from day one.License: Current, valid Australian manual driver’s license.Customer Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first attitude.Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and a team player.What We OfferCompetitive remuneration package based on your trade experience.Modern workshop environment with access to top-tier diagnostic tools.Supportive team culture with ongoing career development opportunities.
