Position Overview

As a Material Planner at Cellebrite, a global high-tech company, you will be responsible for planning and managing inventory levels at 3PL sites, leveraging AI-powered tools and data analytics to drive smarter, faster planning decisions. You will work closely with the Sales & Operations teams and own the end-to-end delivery plan.

The role requires strong cross-functional relationships across CLBT departments, as you will lead planning projects end-to-end and apply project management best practices to drive execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain inventory schedules across 3PL sites based on demand and business requirements.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and design and implement improved planning processes.
  • Build and maintain supply schedule plans across multiple product lines.
  • Lead cross-functional planning projects end-to-end, from scoping through execution, applying project management best practices.
  • Manage operational COGS and drive cost-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Industrial Engineering from an acknowledged institute
  • 3-5 years’ experience in material/production planning or a similar role, within a high-tech/technology company.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to support planning, forecasting, or process design (e.g., AI-assisted analytics or automation).
  • Proven project management experience, leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • ERP experience – Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
  • Proven experience managing large data sets.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – Proficiency and experience in Excel
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impact
  • Knowledge of intercompany processes -an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
