What You Will Be Doing
- Advanced Diagnostics: Solving complex mechanical and electrical faults that others can’t.
- High-Level Engineering: Working on engines, timing components, gearboxes, and high-voltage EV systems.
- Technical Authority: Ensuring all work meets RAC Approved Garage and manufacturer standards.
- Mentorship: Supporting and guiding junior technicians to maintain our 5-star reputation.
- Innovation: Keeping at the forefront of automotive tech, including ADAS and emerging EV systems.
Are You The One?
- You are a Master Technician or Senior Diagnostic Tech (NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent).
- You possess “Top-Tier” fault-finding capabilities and a deep mechanical understanding.

- You hold a Full UK Driving Licence (A MOT Licence is desirable but not essential).
