Responsibilities & Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vintage European vehicles with an emphasis on quality workmanship
- Perform mechanical repairs, drivability diagnosis, fuel and ignition system repairs, suspension work, electrical troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed recommendations
- Research repair procedures and parts availability when necessary
- Take pride in preserving classic European automobiles while maintaining factory-level standards whenever possible
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow technicians when needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience working on vintage European vehicles preferred
- Experience with classic Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Mini, Volkswagen, Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, or similar marques
- Strong understanding of carbureted and early fuel-injected systems, ignition systems, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
- Ability to diagnose problems without relying on scan tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to producing exceptional work
- Passion for classic automobiles and preserving automotive history
