Motul Philippines is seeking a highly capable, strategic, and self-driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead and elevate key marketing initiatives that strengthen Motul’s brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth in Philippines.
In this role, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of marketing programs, from planning to execution to performance optimisation. You are expected to contribute to strategic discussions, guide junior members or external agencies, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all marketing touchpoints.
With strong business communication, marketing planning capability, and an eye for data-driven decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand direction across both digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Lead the execution of brand and trade marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall brand positioning.
- Contribute actively to the development of go-to-market strategies, promotional roadmaps, and integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate sales growth.
- Conduct deeper market analysis, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for management.
- Identify strategic opportunities and propose ideas to strengthen Motul’s market presence.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Lead the execution of brand and trade marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall brand positioning.
- Contribute actively to the development of go-to-market strategies, promotional roadmaps, and integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate sales growth.
- Conduct deeper market analysis, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for management.
- Identify strategic opportunities and propose ideas to strengthen Motul’s market presence.
Campaigns & Activations
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, trade, events) with minimal supervision.
- Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and partners to ensure strong execution of trade activations and brand programs.
- Oversee logistics and execution quality for exhibitions, roadshows, and sponsorship events, ensuring high brand visibility and ROI.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance future performance.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Drive the content strategy by guiding content creation (social posts, visuals, videos) to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives.
- Analyse digital campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide actionable insights to enhance reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, proactively recommending new approaches to strengthen Motul’s digital footprint.
- Work closely with agencies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of digital assets.
Reporting & Budget
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and channel effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets for your assigned projects, ensuring efficient spending and cost control.
- Consolidate reports and present key insights to the Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Recommend resource allocation and prioritisation based on performance data.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key liaison with Sales, Operations, and Regional Marketing to ensure smooth alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead coordination with agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality output and timely project delivery.
- Build, enhance, and maintain strong working relationships with distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.
- Provide guidance to junior team members or interns when required, supporting the overall function’s capability building.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with strong exposure to brand and trade marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, automotive, or lifestyle industries will be an advantage.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing or working with e-commerce enablers is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing fundamentals, and digital campaign analytics.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and an eye for design/branding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
