The Role
You will oversee the night shift production floor, blending, manufacturing, and packaging of lubricant oils ensuring every litre that leaves the line meets our quality and compliance standards. You follow the SOP. Every time. No shortcuts.
What You'll Do
- Supervise night shift operations across blending, filling, and packaging lines
- Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HSE protocols
- Monitor production output, quality checks, and batch documentation
- Identify process deviations early and act before they become problems
- Lead and coordinate shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Ensure equipment readiness, cleanliness, and proper handover at shift end
- Liaise effectively with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or blending environment
- Lubricant, chemical, or oil & gas industry background is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented you catch what others miss – A MUST!
- A disciplined SOP follower, not someone who improvises
- Comfortable and committed to permanent night shift hours
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Malaysian or Malaysia-based and comfortable to commute to Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
