The Mission: Lead a fast-paced, light manufacturing and assembly operation. We need a "systems architect" who can scale a business, eliminate waste, and lead a team to win.

- You have experience in Turnarounds or Rapid Scaling.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Drive Production: Manage mid-to-high volume assembly with a focus on quick SLA turnaround times.
- Build Systems: Move from "tribal knowledge" to scalable, documented processes.
- Execute Lean: Implementation of Lean fundamentals to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Lead the Frontline: Manage and mentor a diverse team (Must be fluent in Spanish & English).
- Own the Metrics: Define, track, and hit KPIs that move the needle on growth and efficiency.

- Experience: Proven track record in light manufacturing, logistics, or complex assembly.
