Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Planner to join our team and drive efficient production scheduling and supply chain coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge manufacturing systems, optimize inventory control, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality aerospace components. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their expertise in demand planning, ERP systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP system, to align with customer demands and capacity constraints.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and tooling necessary for manufacturing processes.
- Use Catia to create 2D drawings using customer-provided 3D models.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows, applying lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Work with quality to ensure all quality requirements are documented and met in production travelers
- Develop production travelers/routers for CNC manufacturing and mechanical assembly departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or high-precision industries.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, ideally Jobboss, but not required.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies and tools to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Familiarity with demand planning, forecasting techniques, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and coordinate complex schedules.
- Experience using CATIA is a big plus, as well as experience working with customers like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Bell Helicopters, and Boeing.

Compensation: $35- $50 depending on experience.
