Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and production standards.
- Analyze production issues and identify root causes to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new model launches, engineering changes, and process validation activities.
- Optimize production efficiency, productivity, quality, and manufacturing costs through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP), and technical reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and related departments to resolve process-related issues.
- Conduct process capability studies and monitor key manufacturing performance indicators.
- Evaluate equipment, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing methods to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and other continuous improvement programs.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Fresh Graduate with internship experienced related functions within the automotive manufacturing industry.
