Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Manager, Used Car Operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a robust, data-informed pricing model for used cars, incorporating residual value predictions.
- Drive the digital transformation of used car pricing and inspection processes in the region.
- Oversee and implement trade cycle management across multiple projects.
- Lead a team while engaging and influencing stakeholders, including distributors and dealers.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in sectors including used car operations, automotive OEMs, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of used car processes and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with residual value management and data science principles.
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Excellent project management skills paired with strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
