Job Description
Yamaha Motorcycles Bangladesh is looking for a seasoned after-sales service professional who will look after the nationwide field service operations for Yamaha. Major Responsibilities are –
- Plan & monitor the nationwide service operations, achieve the service quality and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Develop and expand service network including own service centers, dealer service centers and field service.
- Organize and develop nationwide service team including dealers’ staff and maintain the standard of service team.
- Process optimization for efficient service operations and maximize service revenue.
- Look after the spare parts sales/budget and assist in planning.
- Plan and organize service promotional activities.
- Deal with principal communications on technical issues.
Job Requirements
- Preferred degrees are Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production.
- Preferred institutions are Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), AIUB, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), Military Institute of Science and Technology, North South University (NSU).
- Preferred Industry Type are Automobile.
- At least 8 years of experience is needed.
