Where you’ll make an impact
- Lead and manage a Production Planning team of approximately 20 employees across Final Assembly, Composites, and Paintshop.
- Take ownership of the overall production planning process for the BR program, ensuring alignment with production targets and operational priorities.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of the MRP system (Infor).
- Lead and develop the BR Fleet team, consisting of approximately 10 drivers, 1 Coordinator, and 2 Logistics Specialists.
- Support the expansion and further development of the BR internal fleet, including the addition of 5 new trucks.
- Develop and implement tracking tools to improve operational visibility and performance.
- Drive route optimization initiatives to increase transportation efficiency and resource utilization.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production planning and internal logistics processes.
What are your core components
- Proven experience in both production planning and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading and developing operational teams.
- Strong understanding of production planning methodologies, material planning, and logistics processes.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; experience with Infor is considered an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a collaborative environment.
