Job Description / Responsibility

We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Management Trainee Officer – SCM to support and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of SCM Department:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.
  • Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
  • Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.
  • Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • MBA/M.Sc/BBA/B.Sc in SCM, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Management, IPE, EEE, ME from any reputed university.
  • Skills Required: Fluent in English, Problem solving and decision making, Communication and interpersonal skill, Critical and analytical thinking, Work Under Pressure, Negotiation Skill, Collaboration and Teamwork

Experience Requirements

  • At most 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Tannery/Footwear,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Freight forwarding,Automobile,Dry cell (Battery),Furniture,Bicycle
