We are currently seeking dynamic and driven Management Trainee Officer – SCM to support and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities of SCM Department:
- Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
- Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.
- Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
- Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.
- Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- MBA/M.Sc/BBA/B.Sc in SCM, Finance & Banking, Accounting, Management, IPE, EEE, ME from any reputed university.
- Skills Required: Fluent in English, Problem solving and decision making, Communication and interpersonal skill, Critical and analytical thinking, Work Under Pressure, Negotiation Skill, Collaboration and Teamwork
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
