Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mall Manager for an automotive-focused establishment in Alexandria, Egypt. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations, managing tenant relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the property's presentation and functionality. The Mall Manager will coordinate with automotive retailers, implement strategies to enhance tenant and customer experiences, and lead onsite training for staff to uphold service standards. Regular reporting and collaboration with stakeholders are vital to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Knowledge and experience in the Automotive Industry and managing automotive-related businesses or facilities.
- Strong skills in employee Training and team development to ensure high operational standards.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities to effectively manage staff and tenants.
- Experience in facility or mall management is preferred.
