🌟 About This Role
As a Body Shop Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading maintenance activities for production equipment and automation systems within the Body Shop area. This role requires strong technical expertise in welding systems, conveyors, industrial robots, and automation to ensure stable, safe, and efficient production operations.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Lead maintenance activities for Body Shop production equipment and systems.
• Perform troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation-related issues.
• Ensure minimum downtime and maintain stable machine performance.
• Monitor and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and SOP standards.
• Support machine improvement activities and new equipment installation projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Body Shop Maintenance within automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding systems, conveyors, jigs, fixtures, and industrial robots.
• Familiar with PLC, automation systems, and production troubleshooting.
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in shifts and within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite at VinFast Plant – Subang.
