Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Specialist role based in Chișinău, Moldova. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for managing incoming maintenance requests and coordinating maintenance activities for the company’s fleet of trucks and equipment. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, efficiently scheduling maintenance tasks, and ensuring timely communication between drivers, maintenance personnel, and management. The Maintenance Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety by effectively managing maintenance inquiries and service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Handle maintenance requests from drivers;
- Coordinate repairs with vendors and mechanics;
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections;
- Keep records of all repairs and services;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
- Previous experience in customer service is a must;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Computer proficiency;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
