Responsibilities
- Operate product and personalization machines according to SOPs.
- Set up machines and perform pre-operation checks before production starts.
- Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards.
- Handle raw materials, semi-finished cards, rejected cards and finished products properly.
- Perform quality inspections and identify defects or production issues.
- Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting during operation.
- Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately.
- Ensure minimal wastage and maintain production efficiency.
- Follow safety, security, and cleanroom/5S requirements at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.
- Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and quality control teams.
- Support shift handover by updating machine and production status.
Requirements
- SPM certification or equivalent qualifications
- 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Good math and technical skills
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods if needed
