Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate machines, maintain logs, and assist in repairs.
- Achieve production targets, supervise workers, and oversee production activities.
- Manage stock of raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Ensure workplace safety, security, and proper equipment handling.
- Maintain records, track attendance of daily workers, and report to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
- Trained to use hydraulic machine, heavy equipment or Fly Ash bricks machine.
- Experience in operating hydraulic machines, or heavy equipment, is preferred.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operational guidelines.
- Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or industrial production environments preferred.
- Understanding of workplace safety standards and equipment handling protocols.
