Machine Operators / Wire Drawers – Beneke Wire Company
Beneke Wire Company is a family-owned manufacturer committed to quality, craftsmanship, and treating employees the right way. We are currently hiring Machine Operators/Wire Drawers for our growing operation. Experience is helpful, but we will train motivated candidates.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $20.15 – $24.59 per hour
- Shift premium pay
- Flexible 4 or 5 day work week
- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
- Overtime opportunities

Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate wire drawing equipment
- Process aluminum wire to customer specifications
- Perform quality checks
- Material handling and production support
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Must pass post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check
