Role Description
This full-time Machine Operator position is an on-site role based in Gemert. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment to support production. Daily tasks include monitoring equipment performance, performing quality control inspections, handling hand tools, and communicating with the team to ensure efficient workflows. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and production guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in machine operation and working with machinery and equipment
- Experience in quality control to ensure products meet high standards
- Familiarity with the use and maintenance of hand tools
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
