Job Description
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) and adjust settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on produced film (thickness, width, appearance, etc.) and record findings.
- Coordinate with skilled helpers for material loading, other raw materials collection, and general line support.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting; escalate major issues to maintenance team or lead operators/ team leader.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders while focusing on the quality.
- Document production data accurately on production documents and Fusion.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Assist in AM tasks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Provide training and guidance to skilled helpers and new operators when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic mechanical or process issues.
- Capable of working under pressure in a shift-based environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
