Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Luxury Sales Consultant at Jack Murphy Jewellers’ showroom in Newry. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting luxury jewelry and watches, provide expert sales consultations, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain expert knowledge of the product offerings. Additional responsibilities include supporting customer service initiatives, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and effective Communication skills
- Professional expertise in Consulting with clients to understand and meet their needs
- Passion for luxury jewelry and watches, with a sound knowledge of the industry being advantageous
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-end retail environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Previous experience in high-end retail sales is highly desirable
