Job Summary
Dell’s Service Center is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Lube Technician & Facilities Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing quality work, and likes variety in their day.
Automotive Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report findings to senior technicians.
- Assist with tire pressure checks, filter replacements, and light-duty mechanical tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lube bay and work area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive repair or service environment is required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in automotive maintenance.
- Experience with snow plows, salt spreaders, and lawn care equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and tools.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is required with a good driving record; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus.
