Hours – Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Lot Attendant – Open availability

Any candidate that will be considered for this position must have a valid NY driver’slicense, and have been licensed as an experienced driver for at least 3 years. The driver’s_ abstract cannot contain any at-fault accidents within the last 5 years or have more than 2 points to be eligible for hire. The ability to drive various size vehicles is essential for this role. Valid drivers license must be maintained throughout employment._

Descriptive Summary

The Lot Attendant performs transportation duties of moving vehicles from one location to another while following safe driving practices and all applicable motor vehicle operation laws. In between driving will be responsible to assist with various duties within the shop and sales office.

Transport vehicles with no damage to the vehicle.

• Transport vehicles with no damage to vehicle.
• Observes all traffic laws.
• Maintains equipment assigned in and organized and clean manner.
• Proper use of equipment and materials for the service scheduled.
• Communicate the status of each assigned vehicle.

Core Functions

List the core functions of the position:

• Drive vehicle from dealership location to shop location as assigned.
• Drives customers from location to their pickup destination as assigned.
• Returns vehicles to dealerships.
• Performs final inspection of vehicle to ensure Ziebart® quality standards have been met.
• Perform damage inspection prior to taking vehicle from dealership.
• Shop tasks like cleaning, laundry organizing and moving vehicles.
• Records mileage to track necessary maintenance on chase cars.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
