Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven professional to support global Supply Chain activities with a strong focus on logistics, transportation, and warehousing. This role will play a key part in driving data analysis, process optimization, and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of logistics and transportation networks (land, air, ocean, and parcel).
- Analyze key Supply Chain KPIs (cost, delivery performance, transit times, warehouse efficiency) and drive actionable insights.
- Contribute to cost optimization initiatives and support transportation savings tracking.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing quotations for global, regional, and local transportation services.
- Support implementation of contracts and coordination with logistics providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Support planning processes (e.g., SIOP) to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and operations.
- Monitor critical shipments and ensure visibility through tracking tools.
- Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to improve performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process standardization across logistics operations.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or Warehousing (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate it into business insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
- Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and exposure to TMS/WMS systems is a plus.
- Experience working in multi-site or regional/global environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High adaptability and willingness to support operations across different time zones.
